Spiro Energy is seeking an Assistant Manager – Process Quality to lead incoming quality assurance for EV and battery manufacturing. Reporting to the HOD-QA, this role ensures compliance with ISO standards, drives continual improvement, and champions quality across production processes.

Responsibilities or duties

• Implement and audit Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001)
• Ensure calibration of QA equipment and accurate reporting of quality issues
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce failures/warranty claims
• Drive productivity and quality improvement projects
• Manage and train QA staff, fostering teamwork and performance excellence

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, continual improvement systems, and QA practices
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP QM knowledge is an added advantage

Experience needed

• 2+ years in production, maintenance, or quality roles
