About the Role

Support implementation of quality assurance and quality control measures across hatchery and processing plant operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, food safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Profile

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Animal Production, or related field

2–3 years' experience in Quality Assurance role in FMCG or manufacturing

Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and QMS

Experience in ISO/FSSC food safety systems is an added advantage

Poultry industry experience is desirable

• Support implementation of QMS, GMP, and HACCP programmes
• Conduct inspections, testing, sampling, and product release checks
• Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Track and analyse operational quality KPIs
• Manage non-conformance reporting and support corrective actions
• Verify hygiene, sanitation, and biosecurity measures
• Ensure calibration and verification of measurement equipment
• Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and certification
• Train staff on GMP, hygiene, and food safety practices
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
