JOB DETAILS:
ASSISTANT SECURITY & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Salary: KES 30,000-50,000
Location: Nairobi
Diploma/Degree in Security Management, Criminology or related field
3-5 years of experience in security operations; supervision experience is an added advantage
Support daily security operations, site supervision & incident reporting
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures & PSRA regulations
Coordinate guard deployment and monitor performance across sites
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: bachelor degree
