Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate People & Culture to join our team. This role will support the People & Culture department in various HR functions, contributing to the overall employee experience and organizational development.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits and HR policies.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

Previous experience in an HR role or internship is an advantage.
