Our client is seeking to hire a skilled and reliable Baker to support their upcoming kiosk and shop operations in Nairobi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on baking experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and hygiene.

Responsibilities or duties

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other bakery products according to standard recipes
• Ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of baked products daily
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the baking area
• Proper handling and storage of baking ingredients and finished products
• Adhere to production schedules and daily output targets

Qualifications or requirements

• Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role
• Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
• Ability to work early hours and meet production deadlines
• Good hygiene and attention to detail
