We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join the team at a Ultra Luxury Beachfront Hotel in Mombasa. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of baking techniques, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of baked goods such as breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and desserts.
• Ensure all baked products meet quality and presentation standards.
• Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Food handler's permit or relevant certification.
