Bancassurance Sales Rep

Responsibilities or duties

Achieve sales targets for both Retail and Insurance products by identifying and meeting customer needs through selling and cross-selling .

Drive life insurance sales and ensure a customer retention ratio of 85% .

Own and resolve customer queries and complaints regarding insurance products .

Ensure accuracy of all applications and customer documents, and report all claims to the Head Office team .

Conduct branch staff training on Bancassurance products and ensure compliance with Group policies .

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Bachelor's degree from a university recognized by the Commission of University Education .

Must have a Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance, an Executive certificate, or a BCOM (Insurance and Risk Management option) .

Experience needed

At least 1 year of experience in sales with strong knowledge of Insurance Products
