Background

Our client is looking to hire a customer-focused Barista to support their kiosk and shop operations in Nairobi. The ideal candidate should be passionate about beverages, customer service, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and iced coffees, teas, espresso-based drinks, milkshakes, mojitos, matcha, and other cold beverages
• Provide excellent customer service and handle orders efficiently
• Upsell products and promote menu items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming kiosk environment
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage presentation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
