Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years beverage or bar service experience preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
• Certificate or Diploma in Mixology, Hospitality or related F&B Lounge Operations field.
• Computer Literate and proficient in POS sales entry. billing, and digital inventory logging workflows.
• Defensive beverage service and strong hygiene awareness discipline.
• Able to work long or irregular hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication and organizational ability.
