Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, market expansion and profitability.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, hospitality, FMCG, manufacturing, agriculture, e-commerce and institutional sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and strategic partners.
  • Drive customer acquisition through client visits, presentations, demonstrations and follow-ups.
  • Prepare sales plans, forecasts and revenue targets while monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to align market demand with supply and operational efficiency.
  • Support pricing, quotations, tenders and commercial negotiations while maintaining healthy margins.
  • Lead marketing activities, exhibitions, sustainability campaigns and brand visibility initiatives.
  • Monitor collections, customer payments and credit performance to support healthy cash flow.
  • Supervise staff, enforce SOP compliance, monitor workflows and drive accountability and performance.
  • Promote sustainable packaging solutions and strengthen Kenview’s eco-friendly brand positioning.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field. Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Sales, Business Development or Operations Management.
  • Experience in packaging, FMCG, manufacturing, plastics, printing or industrial products industries is an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driving license is an added advantage
