Job Context

This role is for a Beach Attendant at an Ultra Luxury Beachfront Hotel in Mombasa. The position requires a dedicated individual to ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction on the hotel's beach premises.

Responsibilities

The Beach Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the beach area, assisting guests with their needs, providing information about hotel services and local attractions, and ensuring the safety and security of guests on the beach. This includes setting up beach chairs and umbrellas, monitoring the beach for any hazards, and responding to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.

Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a team. A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for guests are essential. Basic knowledge of beach safety procedures is an advantage.
