Role Context

This role is for a Bell Captain at an ultra-luxury beachfront hotel in Mombasa. The Bell Captain is responsible for overseeing the bell staff and ensuring guests receive exceptional service upon arrival and departure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train bell staff to ensure efficient and courteous service.
• Assist guests with luggage, check-in, and check-out processes.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Ensure the lobby and entrance areas are clean and presentable.
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of Mombasa and surrounding areas is a plus.
