Key Responsibilities

• Delivery execution: Collect and deliver goods, parcels or documents promptly to designated destinations within set timelines.
• Route planning: Plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Customer service: Interact professionally with customers, confirming delivery details and obtaining necessary signatures or approvals.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate delivery records, receipts and logs for all completed trips.
• Bike maintenance: Conduct routine checks on the motorcycles and report any mechanical issues promptly for servicing.
• Safety compliance: Adhere to road safety rules, wear protective gear and maintain a valid riding licence at all times.
• Goods handling: Handle collections and goods with honesty, care and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum KCSE certificate or equivalent.
• Valid motorcycle riding licence (Class A) with a clean riding record.
• Valid Police Clearance certificate
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a delivery/courier rider.
• Good knowledge of city routes and road networks.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and integrity.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
