We are looking for a Pipeline Builder to proactively source, identify, and engage potential candidates, creating strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. This role focuses on strategic sourcing, market research, and relationship-building across multiple roles and industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand positions.
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess skills and interest.
- Keep an organized database of active and passive candidates.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Track sourcing metrics and provide pipeline updates.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent.
- Stay updated on market trends and sourcing best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to build pipelines independently.
- Strong research and passive candidate outreach skills.
- Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search).
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience sourcing for high-volume or specialized roles.
- Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies.
