Blood Collection Officer (10 Positions)
Overview
Blood Collection Officers are responsible for collecting blood samples from athletes in accordance with the highest standards of medical and anti-doping procedures. This position requires precision, integrity, and professional medical handling of samples.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Blood Collection Officer will perform the following tasks:

Conducting blood sample collection missions as per ADAK and WADA guidelines.
Ensuring all blood collection procedures are safe, hygienic, and in compliance with medical standards.
Ensuring the athlete’s comfort and consent throughout the process.
Proper labeling, sealing, and recording of samples to maintain chain of custody.
Coordinating with Doping Control Officers and Chaperones during missions.
Managing collection equipment, ensuring proper disposal and inventory management.
Reporting any incidents, anomalies, or breaches of protocol immediately.
Maintaining confidentiality of test results and athlete information.
Participating in ADAK training and certification programs for continuous improvement.
Key Attributes and Skills

Professional medical training, preferably with a nursing or laboratory background.
Accuracy and attention to detail in handling biological samples.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical conduct.
Ability to handle fieldwork and travel frequently.
Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
