Position: Branch Manager - KK

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve profitability targets through revenue maximisation and prudent cost management .
• Grow and monitor the branch's liability and asset portfolios to meet business targets .
• Increase the customer base and ensure retention through excellent service and cross-selling .
• Ensure compliance with the Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework .
• Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team, while championing digital migration within the branch .

Qualifications & Experience:

• A University Degree from a recognized institution .
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in General Banking, with at least 4 years of experience as a Branch Manager at MLC .
• Experience in Sales, Personal/Business/Retail Banking, Credit Analysis, and Bank Operations .
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
