PHOENIX CAPITAL LTD is a micro finance company based in Kenya with branches in the CBD, Kilimani, Utawala and BuruBuru.
Responsibilities
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the branch, managing staff, and ensuring the achievement of business targets related to SME Biashara Loans. This includes loan appraisal, disbursement, collections, and portfolio management.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in SME Business Loans or related lending operations.
- Computer literate with good reporting and analytical skills.
- Strong experience in loan appraisal, disbursement, collections and portfolio management, with the ability to maintain a low PAR.
- Proven experience managing a team of at least 7 staff members.
- Good understanding of SME Business loan processes, customer due diligence and loan recovery.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
