Responsibilities or duties
Analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports across sales, marketing, finance, and construction.
Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor financial metrics, budget variances, and cash flow for off- plan developments.
Track sales pipelines, conversion rates, and client payment compliance.
Turn complex data into clear summary reports and strategic recommendations for executives.
Identify operational bottlenecks, revenue gaps, and cost-saving opportunities.
Provide market insights on buyer trends and payment preferences to guide pricing strategy.
Research competitor pricing, project timelines, and real estate market trends.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new property projects.
Collaborate with department heads to streamline data collection and improve workflows.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Real Estate, or a related field.
Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, data modeling).
Strong ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities in large datasets.
Excellent communication skills to present data clearly to non- technical stakeholders.
Experience needed
5-10 years of experience as a Business, Data, or Financial Analyst.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, ERP systems, or real estate CRMs is a plus.
