Job descriptions & requirements

  • Planning and executing business strategies to grow the company by identifying new opportunities, forming partnerships and adding value to the company.
  • Develop and implement detailed account plans that align with overall business objectives, including sales targets, marketing strategies and budget management
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key customers, focusing on the understanding their needs and building trust.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieving sales targets by driving sales of a company`s products or portfolio of the drugs across designated accounts
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing and healthcare teams to deliver solutions and achieve mutual success.
  • Market Analysis: Be up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities and industry developments.
  • Training the marketing team members on product knowledge.
  • Budget Management: Manage account budgets effectively ensuring profitability and maximizing on ROI.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on account performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of science degree in Pharmacy (BPharm), Biochemistryand Biomedical Sciences.
  • Experience in product development will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in sales and key accounts management.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
