Qualifications

  • Minimum diploma in Business Administration, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Understanding of pricing strategies and financial analysis in bid development. Ability to create visually appealing and engaging bid presentations.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Outstanding attitude and work ethic, accustomed to working under pressure towards tight deadlines.
  • A 100% team player with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take initiative with success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, projects, and tenders aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and submit competitive bid proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
  • Develop cost estimates and pricing strategies to achieve profitability and competitiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong client, partner, and stakeholder relationships to drive long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with technical, finance, and project teams to gather inputs for proposals and ensure successful project execution.
  • Ensure all business development and tender processes comply with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, safeguarding the organization's financial and operational interests.
  • Maintain organized records of tenders, contracts, and business development documentation for accountability and reporting.
  • Track, analyze, and report on bid outcomes and business performance, recommending strategies for continuous improvement.
