The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting clients to collect outstanding payments, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to ensure high recovery rates while maintaining professional client relationships.

• Contact clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to collect outstanding debts.
• Negotiate repayment plans and terms with clients based on their financial circumstances.
• Monitor and track payment agreements to ensure compliance.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions, agreements, and payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries, concerns, or disputes professionally and promptly.
• Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements governing debt collection practices.
• Collaborate with the team and management to meet individual and team collection targets.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate departments for further action.
