Job Summary

The Canvas Factory Manager will oversee the operations of the canvas factory, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to manufacturing standards. This role requires a strong understanding of footwear manufacturing processes and effective management of production teams and equipment.

• Manage and optimize canvas footwear manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet demand.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Production Management, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in footwear manufacturing or a comparable production environment.
• Proven supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Sound knowledge of canvas footwear manufacturing processes, production planning, quality management, and cost control.
• Experience managing production teams and manufacturing equipment.
