Vehicle knowledge: Showcase and explain the features of different vehicles, advising customers on the best fit for their requirements. Sales process: Arrange and conduct test drives, negotiate final prices, and process paperwork for the sale. Financing and extras: Help customers with payment options and inform them about additional accessories, add-ons, or after-sales services. Dealership maintenance: Keep the showroom, forecourt, and vehicles clean and tidy. Post-sale support: Ensure customers understand the vehicle's warranty and maintenance requirements and are satisfied with their purchase.

Communication and interpersonal skills: To effectively communicate with customers and build trust. Product knowledge: To explain technical features and benefits of different vehicles. Negotiation skills: To reach a mutually agreeable price for the sale. Time management: To prioritize tasks and manage customer interactions efficiently.
