Key Duties and Responsibilities
Overview of Functions
- Carrying out sensitization of the public on the operations, roles, responsibilities, accessibility and benefits of WRS.
- Undertaking capacity building of relevant stakeholders in relation to the agricultural commodities.
- Carrying out relevant training programs as scheduled.
- Communicating training programs to the relevant stakeholders.
- Preparing reports on training programs undertaken.
- Consolidating attendance records of participants.
- Checking validity and authenticity of certificates issued under the Act.
- Preparing reports on the performance and operation of Collateral Managers.
Person Specifications
Mandatory requirements:
- Have served in the grade of Certification and Compliance Officer II, for a minimum period of three (3) years.
- Have a Bachelor degree in any the following disciplines: Education, Agriculture, Commerce, Operations Management, Business Administration or equivalent qualifications.
- Been Proficient in computer applications.
- Have shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
