Job summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and fill the position of Channel Manager.

Min Qualification:

Bachelors

Experience Level:

Senior level

Experience Length:

3 years

Language Requirement:

Working Hours:

Full Time - 9 to 5

Job descriptions & requirements

  • -Develop, expand and manage distribution and sales channels for accessories including earphones, smartwatches and power banks.
  • -Develop strategies to increase market penetration and sales performance.
  • -Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retails partners.
  • -Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market coverage.
  • -Monitor sales performance across channels and implement strategies to meet targets.
  • -Ensure proper product availability, visibility and merchandising in all outlets.
  • -Coordinate promotions, activations and marketing campaigns with channel partners.
  • -Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
  • -Ensure compliance with pricing, branding and company policies across all channels.

Key Requirements

  • -Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • -Proven experience in channel/distribution management (preferably in mobile accessories or electronics)
  • -Experience working with or selling Oraimo products is a strong advantage.
  • -Strong network of distributors and retailers within the region.
  • -Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • -Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • -Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • -Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
