We are seeking a highly capable Chief of Staff to the CEO who will act as the connective tissue across the leadership team  ensuring priorities are clear, partnerships are executed, and investor expectations are met. This role combines classic Chief of Staff functions with a major focus on driving bank partnership execution alongside our CTO & Co-Founder, supporting fundraising and investor management with the CEO, and turning strategic direction from the VP of Growth into detailed deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Bank Partnerships (Core Focus)

  • Work closely with the CTO & Co-Founder, who leads senior relationships with partner banks, to ensure execution and delivery of commitments.
  • Project manage integration across legal, product, compliance, and operations teams - acting as the single point of accountability for deliverables.
  • Build and maintain operational relationships with partner banks, ensuring trust, alignment, and timely delivery.
  • Track and report on partnership performance, escalating issues where needed.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the scope and commercial value of partnerships in line with company goals.

CEO Support & Investor Management

  • Act as the CEO’s right hand: manage OKRs, ensure follow-up on key initiatives, and prepare the CEO for partner, investor, and board engagements.
  • Own the investor CRM, manage communications cadence, and ensure relationships are nurtured.
  • Lead preparation for Series A: data room, diligence coordination, financial narratives, and pitch materials.

Growth & Strategic Execution

  • Collaborate with the VP of Growth to transform high-level strategy and positioning into decks, models, diligence materials, and project plans.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment so strategy translates into measurable outcomes.

Financial Analytics & Modelling

  • Build and maintain financial projections, scenario models, and unit economics.
  • Support budgeting, cash flow tracking, and performance dashboards.
  • Provide analysis to inform strategic decisions and investor updates.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years’ experience in fintech, banking, investment banking, consulting, Venture Capital/Private Equity, or high-growth startups.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with ability to build and interpret forecasts.
  • Proven success in executing complex partnerships with financial institutions.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge strategy and execution across multiple senior leaders.
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
