Background
Our client, a leading regional service organization, is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee operations and drive business growth across multiple markets.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished leader with strong commercial orientation, a deep understanding of service delivery, and a proven record of managing full P&L responsibility for at least five years. Experience managing operations across different countries will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial strategy and execution to drive sustainable growth.
- Oversee operational performance and ensure consistent service excellence.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
- Standardize processes and enhance operational efficiency across markets.
- Support regional expansion and manage business units in different countries.
- Provide strong leadership to functional teams and drive a culture of accountability.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years’ working experience, including 5+ years in a senior role with P&L leadership.
- Strong track record in commercial management and service operations.
- Experience working in multi-country environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and execution skills.
