Job Summary
The Chief Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial services and proven leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
The Chief Operations Officer will be expected to drive business growth, manage credit and collections effectively, and provide strong operational leadership.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree (MBA/Finance/Strategic Management or related). A minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial Services / Banking / Microfinance / SACCOs is required, with at least 5 years in Senior Management. Proven expertise in business growth, credit, collections, and operational leadership is essential.
