Job Summary

Are you passionate about legal research, litigation support, and legal writing? We are looking for a Class Action Matter Writer to join a dynamic legal team supporting complex litigation matters and case preparation activities. This is an excellent opportunity for legal professionals who enjoy analyzing facts, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and case-related materials
  • Conduct legal research and analyze facts relevant to ongoing matters
  • Support litigation and case preparation activities
  • Review legal documentation for quality, accuracy, and compliance
  • Organize and manage case files and supporting evidence
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure timely case filings and submissions
  • Maintain high standards of written communication and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Legal Drafting, Litigation Support, Legal Research, Case Preparation, Paralegal Support, Case Management
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Advanced/C1 level preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a law firm, legal services environment, or litigation support setting is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred but not required
