• Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct routine site inspections to assess progress, workmanship, and adherence to quality and safety guidelines.
• Prepare and submit detailed site reports and updates to the project management team.
• Identify and document defects, manage snagging lists, and follow up on rectification.
• Ensure accurate preparation of as-built drawings, quality assurance documentation, and project records.
• Liaise with contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to address technical issues and ensure timely solutions.
• Verify materials delivered to site against approved specifications and ensure proper storage and usage.
• Promote and enforce health and safety compliance on-site.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in construction supervision or project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, QA/QC processes, and building standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and construction contracts.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., IEK, CIOB) is an added advantage.
