CLIENT RELATIONS EXECUTIVE (FASHION & LIFESTYLE INDUSTRY)
Reports To: Operations Manager / CEO
Role Summary
The Client Relations Executive will serve as the first point of contact for clients across digital platforms and in-person interactions. This role is central to ensuring clients feel valued, guided, and well-supported throughout their journey — from initial inquiry, through sales handover, and into styling service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via DMs, WhatsApp, calls, and in-person visits
- Provide timely, accurate responses to client inquiries and guide clients through available services
- Qualify and hand over potential clients to the Sales Lead for conversion
- Receive converted clients back from the Sales Lead and ensure a smooth transition into styling sessions
- Welcome and host clients prior to their sessions, ensuring comfort, clarity, and readiness
- Coordinate closely with stylists to ensure seamless handovers into sessions
- Share pre-session reminders, confirmations, and updates with clients as required
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to maintain client satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Maintain clear, accurate, and well-organized records of client interactions and service notes
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in client relations, customer service, or front-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, warm, and client-focused approach
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple client conversations across platforms
- Experience within a fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, or service-based business is an added advantage
