Our client in the Hospitality & Entertainment Industry is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Club Manager to oversee daily club operations, ensure exceptional guest experience, and drive profitability in a high-end, ladies-focused club environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day club operations, ensuring smooth service delivery
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, discipline, and training
• Ensure high standards of customer experience, safety, and compliance
• Handle VIP and ladies’ clientele relations with professionalism and discretion
• Manage stock, bar operations, suppliers, and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health, safety, and security regulations
• Plan and execute promotions, events, and themed nights to drive traffic
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and daily operational reports

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 7 years’ experience working in a club or nightlife setup
• Strong experience managing a club is mandatory
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of club operations, security, and compliance
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
