Responsibilities or duties

The Debt Collection Officer will be responsible for collection of payments from insurances and other hospital payers/debtors, maintaining accurate reconciliation and accounting records, providing accurate and timely collection reports and ensures the same is maintained in accordance with the laid down policies and procedures of the organization.

Qualifications or requirements

  • CPA II/Diploma in credit management or its equivalent (Mandatory)
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or in progress.

Experience needed

A Minimum of 5 years' experience in collection in a busy hospital preferably a level 4 and above. (Mandatory)

Any other provided details

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and analytical skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
