Role Context
This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Laundry & Floor Cleaning Solutions Category Manager. The role involves overseeing the product category, managing supplier relationships, and providing excellent account management. The incumbent will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize sales, handle procurement processes, and address customer needs effectively in the commercial laundry and floor cleaning solutions sector.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to ensure effective interaction with clients and suppliers
- Proven track record in sales and account management, with the ability to drive revenue growth
- Experience in purchasing and vendor negotiations to secure high-quality products and services
- Proficiency in identifying business opportunities and developing strategies to meet market demands
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software used in sales or procurement
- Experience or knowledge in the commercial cleaning or industrial solutions sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s & MBA degree in Engineering / Business Administration or a related field is preferred
