Responsibilities or duties
- Support the development of stakeholders engagement plan
- Facilitate development of Resettlement Action Plans (RAP)
- Facilitate identification, implementation and monitor Community Development Carbon Fund projects
- Facilitate stakeholder coordination committee meetings
- Facilitate solution for stakeholders concerns and grievances about company projects
- Implement CSR activities
- Facilitate resolving stakeholder and community grievances around the Company projects and operations.
- Disseminate communication to stakeholders using the appropriate communication channels.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Bachelors degree in Community Development , Anthropology, Social Science or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- Must be Prepared to serve anywhere in any of the business areas in Kenya
