An outbound call center agent's responsibilities include making proactive calls for sales, lead generation, and customer follow-ups, while their skills include strong communication, active listening, and resilience.

Making outbound calls for sales, lead generation, or market research. Following scripts to describe products or services to persuade customers. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and gathering feedback. Resolving basic account issues or redirecting complex queries to the right departments. Recording and tracking all customer interactions and outcomes in a CRM system. Meeting performance targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and accuracy. Providing proactive support and information to existing customers.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Strong customer focus and relationship management. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Resilient, self-driven, and well-organized. Familiarity with digital banking trends and products.
Bachelor’s degree (Second upper and above). At least 1 year of experience in banking, fintech, or customer service. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
