Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive corporate affairs and communications strategies.
  • Manage all internal and external communications, including media relations, public relations, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Create and disseminate compelling content across various platforms, including press releases, social media, website, and newsletters.
  • Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, and respond appropriately.
  • Organize and manage corporate events and sponsorships.
  • Ensure brand consistency and enhance the Sacco's reputation.
  • Provide support for corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of media landscape and public relations principles.
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the financial sector is an added advantage.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
