JOB DETAILS:
Our client in the Beauty & Cosmetology Training Industry is seeking to recruit a skilled and passionate Cosmetology Trainer to deliver high-quality training, mentor students, and support practical learning in cosmetology programs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver practical and theory training in cosmetology courses
Demonstrate beauty therapy techniques and supervise student practice
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
Maintain training tools, equipment, and hygiene standards
Support students’ professional growth and industry readiness
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Diploma in Cosmetology
Instructor/Trainer qualification is an added advantage
At least 1 year experience in teaching or training
Strong hands-on skills in beauty and cosmetology treatments
Good communication, organization, and mentoring skills
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
