JOB DETAILS:
- Divine Caterers is seeking a skilled Cost Controller to join their dynamic team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will oversee food and beverage costs, verify supplier invoices, manage stock control, and support menu profitability through accurate cost data.
Key Highlights:
- Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly costs
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Procurement team
- Prepare cost variance and performance reports
- Implement and audit cost control procedures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality or catering cost control
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: associate degree
