Job Description
To contribute to the company's vision by developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and recruit talent while strengthening the company's employer brand, in alignment with business priorities. This role will drive the full talent acquisition life cycle and employer branding initiatives to ensure the company remains competitive, attractive, and well positioned as an employer of choice.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Design and execute innovative sourcing and attraction strategies.
- Run end-to-end recruitment.
- Partner directly with line managers to forecast needs and sharpen role profiles.
- Build and manage agency/partner relationships to widen and accelerate pipelines.
Employer Brand & EVP Activation
- Develop and promote a compelling employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
- Implement local employer branding campaigns and content across priority channels.
- Activate the CCBA EVP at market level under the ER & Employee Experience tower.
- Monitor brand perception and lead employer attractiveness surveys to inform improvements.
Talent Partnerships & Ambassadors
- Foster campus partnerships to build sustainable early-career pipelines.
- Mobilize leaders as ambassadors to amplify reach and credibility with target talent pools.
Employee Lifecycle Experience
- Ensure seamless onboarding that accelerates time-to-productivity.
- Enable career development pathways aligned to business capability needs.
- Delver smooth offboarding with knowledge transfer and positive alumni experience.
- Manage Employee Engagement Surveys
Skills, Experience & Education
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field ( Masters Degree Preferred)
- Relevant certifications in HR / Talent Development will be an added advantage
- Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K)
- Membership of the Institute of Human Resource Management with a valid practicing license or equivalent
Experience
- 8 -10 years of proven experience in Talent acquisition Talent development, and employer branding preferably in a leadership role.
- Talent Development Expertise: Strong understanding of talent development strategies, including performance management, career development, succession planning, and learning initiatives.
- Training and Development: Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Skills
- Should have a comprehensive skill set that combines HR knowledge, leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a strong focus on employee development and organizational growth.
- Ability to think strategically, drive results., and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team of talent development professionals, including prodding mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to efficiently collaborate with stakeholders, present ideas, and convey complex information clearly.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and metrics tracking to assess the effectiveness of talent development programs and make data-driven decisions.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor talent development projects within deadlines and budget constraints.
- Innovative Thinking: Ability to innovate and propose creative solutions to talent development challenges, such as implementing new learning technologies or strategies.
- Collaboration and Relationship Building: Skills in building strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and industry experts to support talent development initiatives and stay updated on best practices.
- Specific Skill: Industrial Psychologist or Psychometric accreditation will be advantageous.
