Background

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Administration, Community Development, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, or relationship building.
• Strong understanding of innovation processes and community development principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the county government or a related sector.
