Key Responsibilities

Roll out approved key visuals consistently across every required format, channel and touchpoint.

Contribute to campaign planning, bringing visual ideas grounded in the commercial objective.

Art-direct product photo and video shoots alongside the Digital Marketing Executive and agencies, providing shot lists and visual references so captured assets fit the planned creative.

Digital and Web Design

Design social media assets for Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok to the correct format and specification for each platform.

Produce paid media creative in multiple sizes and variants to support testing and optimisation with the Media Buyer.

Design email campaigns, website banners and model page assets.

Create wireframes, mock-ups and UI designs for website and landing page updates, and work with the tech team to ensure designs are built accurately.

Deliver digital assets on time against the content calendar agreed with the Digital Marketing Executive.

Print, Showroom and Point-of-Sale

Design brochures, specification sheets, price lists, flyers and other sales collateral for each model and brand.

Produce showroom and dealer point-of-sale materials, including window and wall graphics, standees, banners and vehicle display cards.

Design out-of-home and large-format artwork, including billboards and vehicle branding.

Prepare print-ready artwork with correct bleed, colour profiles and file specifications, and sign off proofs before production.

Motion and Multimedia

Design motion graphics, animations and short-form video edits for launches, campaigns, social channels and digital screens.

Produce model reveal animations, product feature explainers and animated specification content.

Events, Launches and Activations

Design artwork for vehicle launches, media events, roadshows, expos and dealer activations, including stage backdrops, branded tents, signage and merchandise.

Produce event presentation decks and on-screen content.

Work with BTL / Activations to ensure artwork is delivered to specification and on time.

Brand Management and OEM Compliance

Apply the Simba Corporation identity and dealer co-branding rules correctly alongside each franchise brand.

Build and maintain master design templates for each brand covering social, print, point-of-sale and presentation formats.

Submit artwork for approval where required and track approvals through to sign-off.

Keep working files organised and version-controlled, and hand final assets to the shared digital asset library.

Sales, Aftersales and Internal Support

Design sales enablement materials, including presentation decks, model comparison sheets and fleet or tender proposal artwork.

Produce vehicle livery and fleet branding mock-ups to support commercial vehicle sales.

Support aftersales, parts and service campaigns with promotional artwork and customer-facing materials.

Produce internal communications and presentations to corporate visual standards when required.

Workflow, Project and Vendor Management

Run a structured brief intake process, confirming scope, formats, deadlines and approvers before work starts.

Manage multiple projects across brands at once, prioritising against the commercial calendar and agreed turnaround times.

Track design requests, turnaround and revision rounds, and flag bottlenecks early.
