Role Context
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Support Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our credit processes and providing excellent support to our clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
The Credit Support Officer will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the processing of loan applications and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Providing support to the credit team in various administrative tasks.
- Communicating with clients to gather necessary information and address inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records of loan applications and client interactions.
- Supporting the USSD and Branch operations as required.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of credit processes and microfinance operations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
