Responsibilities

Responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing information about products and services, processing orders and requests, resolving customer issues promptly and professionally, maintaining customer records, following up on customer feedback, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

Must be Kenyan citizen

Must be willing to work in any part of the Kenya

Must be at least form four and above

Experience in relevant field will be an added advantage
