Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this role is to ensure successful installation, maintenance, and support of internet services for residential and business customers. The technician is responsible for delivering reliable connectivity and a positive customer experience by installing fiber and wireless solutions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems in a timely and professional manner.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and retention by acting as the link between the company’s technical infrastructure and the end user.
