Responsibilities or duties
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s dental product range, including restorative products and dental machines, to various customers such as dental clinics, public hospitals and private hospitals.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Science-related courses (Nursing, Biomedical Sciences or a related field).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage vendors and internal stakeholders professionally and resolve issues collaboratively.
Experience needed
- Previous experience in the marketing and promotion of dental products is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of field sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a demonstrated ability to coach and motivate the sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales & Marketing: Build customer relationships, identify business opportunities, promote products and drive sales growth through regular engagement, demonstrations and strategic follow-up.
- Customer Service: Provide timely support to customers and clinical teams, ensure prompt delivery of information and consumables and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Service Excellence: Provide technical support during procedures, uphold professional and sterility standards, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to support business growth.
- Account Management: Conduct customer visits, manage accounts, secure orders, support collections and handle complaints or product returns effectively.
- Reporting & Administration: Prepare sales reports and forecasts, maintain reporting systems and provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing and industry trends.
- Adaptability & General Support: Demonstrate flexibility, initiative and resilience while supporting additional responsibilities as assigned to meet evolving business needs.
