Role Context
This role requires a professional with strong financial acumen, analytical rigor, and structured problem-solving skills who can translate strategy into execution while strengthening operational performance and supporting the Group’s long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the Group CEO in shaping and executing the company’s strategic priorities.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance across the business to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving business processes, operational workflows, and cost efficiency.
- Provide analytical insights and financial analysis to support business planning and operational decisions.
- Lead strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives as directed by the Group CEO.
- Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment of strategy and operations.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent is mandatory.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
- Legal knowledge/ experience with commercial contracts will be an added advantage.
- 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in Big 4 Advisory (Strategy, Deals Advisory, Performance Improvement, or Consulting), or
- Demonstrated experience advising organizations on Strategy formulation and execution
