Role Context

We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Head of Academics to provide strategic and instructional leadership across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and A Level. Reporting to the Principal and serving as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role focuses on driving academic excellence, curriculum coherence and outstanding student outcomes.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead whole-school curriculum design, assessment and quality assurance aligned to EYFS, Cambridge Primary, IGCSE, A Levels and BTEC pathways, while championing high-impact teaching, data-informed practice and continuous professional development.

Qualifications and Experience

The appointed candidate will take up the role in August 2026, supporting a smooth transition and contributing to the school's strategic academic priorities for the new academic year.

  • Provide strategic and instructional leadership across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and A Level.
  • Drive academic excellence, curriculum coherence and outstanding student outcomes.
  • Lead whole-school curriculum design, assessment and quality assurance aligned to EYFS, Cambridge Primary, IGCSE, A Levels and BTEC pathways.
