JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview
Oversee teaching staff, ensure adherence to daily routines, uphold discipline, and manage curriculum assessment and student-centered teaching.
Key Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum Bachelor of Education from a recognized university.
Registration:
Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of teaching experience, including 3 years as a Deputy Principal, HOD, or Senior Teacher.
Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC).
Skills & Values:
Instructional leadership, staff mentoring/appraisal, strategic planning, and familiarity with child protection policies.
