JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for brand positioning, enhancing brand awareness, and generating inbound leads through the creation and execution of innovative digital marketing strategies.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create compelling content including blogs, social media posts, and videos for our platforms Linkedln, Facebook, Instagram,Youtube, and Tiktok
- Manage and grow our online presence by actively engaging with our audience across social media platforms, website, and other digital channels
- Monitor and analyse brand sentiment and engagement to inform and adjust strategies as needed
- Design and implement inbound marketing campaigns, including content marketing, SEO, and email campaigns, to attract and convert qualified leads
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead handover process and campaign alignment
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives using analytic tools
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to continuously enhance our strategy
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on content creation and platform management.
- Ability to use relevant computer software.
- Proven experience in brand positioning, content creation, and inbound lead generation.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media management tools.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
